Vladislav graduated from the University of Sofia in 1987 with an MSci in Geology. He has almost 30 years of mining industry experience starting his career in the Goldfieds of Southern Africa, Zimbabwe and RSA, where he held different managerial positions. In 2010 he worked as a consultant in Australia, but in 2015 moved back in Bulgaria and joined Geotechmin in an executive role. He is a Competent Person for the purposes of SAMREC and JORC.
His core expertise is in structural and economic geology, geostatistics and resource development across the different range of commodities; gold, copper, base metals, iron, PMG, vanadium. He has been responsible for planning and managing large resource development projects and evaluation of new business or acquisition opportunities. He has had several major breakthroughs in his career where profitability have tremendously increased following his advice.
